TAB-CoE members participated and presented their research works in ASEANSafe2025: Safer Food in a Climate Challenging Era. This conference serves as a platform to foster collaboration and advance solutions for food safer, more resilient ASEAN region. This year’s conference provides an exceptional opportunity to explore the most pressing challenges and innovative solutions in the areas of safety and security within the ASEAN region. This conference was held on November 19-20, 2025, at Chatrium Riverside Hotel, Bangkok. Their research topics were as follows:

  5. “Polydopamine-Poly(acrylic acid) Composite on Reed Diffuser Sticks as Eco-Friendly Sorbents for the Extraction of Antibiotics in Orange” presented by Miss Suwatchanee Maneeratanachot

  6. “A pineapple leaf fiber as an effective sorbent for polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons extraction in grilled food samples” presented by Miss Satanun Peashsawat
