On March 25–26, 2026, Prof. Dr. Warakorn Limbut, Deputy Director of the Center of Excellence, along with Ph.D. students from the Center of Excellence for Trace Analysis and Biosensor (TAB-CoE), Faculty of Science, Prince of Songkla University, attended and presented their research in poster format at the international conference The 3rd International Symposium on Sustainable Pathways: Green Synthesis for Functional Materials and Eco-Friendly Applications (SMA 2026), held at Walailak University, Thaiburi, Thasala, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Thailand.
The presented research works are as follows:
- “Sustainable Pathways to Smart Electrochemical Sensors: Green Laser-Induced Graphene Electrodes from Polymers, Paper, and Biomass with Smartphone/NFC Readout,” presented by Prof. Dr. Warakorn Limbut.
- “Green Fabrication of Nitrogen-Sulfur Dual-Doped 3D Porous Laser-Induced Graphene Electrodes for Electrochemical Detection of Curcumin in Turmeric,” presented by Mr. Kritsada Samoson, a Ph.D. student under the Royal Golden Jubilee Ph.D. Program (RGJ) in Analytical Chemistry, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Warakorn Limbut.
- “A Rapid and Portable Electrochemical Sensor for Saliva-Based Alcohol Detection,” presented by Ms. Nattawai Raksakun, a Ph.D. student under the Royal Golden Jubilee Ph.D. Program (RGJ) in Analytical Chemistry, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Warakorn Limbut.
