The faculties and students from TAB-CoE attended the 45th Congress on Science and Technology of Thailand (STT45) in order to present and exchange research works with scientists from Thailand and other countries under the concept of “Seedling Innovation for Sustainable Development” during 7-9th of October 2019 at Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai, Thailand.

          In addition, students from TAB-CoE also presented their researches by following details.

1.      Mr. Teerapong Jantarat presented his work in poster session with the title of “A Chemical Sensor for Formaldehyde Detection Using Nitrogen-doped Graphene Quantum Dots” under supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Chongdee Buranachai, Dr. Dhassida Sooksawat, Assoc. Prof. Dr.Proespichaya Kanatharana, and Assoc. Prof. Panote Thavarungkul.

2.      Mr. Wutthinan Thongyod presented his work in oral session with the title of “Excited-State Torsional Rotation of Thioflavin T Binding to Variant Human Telomeric G-Quadruplex DNA: A QM/MM Study” under supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teparksorn Pengpan, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Chittanon Buranachai.

3.      Miss. Pichayanan Srisuwan presented her work in poster session with the title of “Coumarin-based semicarbazide as “turn-off” fluorescent sensor for Cu2+ detection” under supervision of Dr. Dhassida Sooksawat, and Dr.Morakot Keawpet.
