On Monday, 7 September 2026, the Center of Excellence for Trace Analysis and Biosensor Research (TAB-CoE), Faculty of Science, Prince of Songkla University, led by Dr. Suntisak Khumngern and Dr. Atchara Lomae, faculty members and members of TAB-CoE, welcomed a visiting delegation from the Chemistry Program. The delegation was led by Dr. Morakot Kaewpet, Lecturer in Organic Chemistry and Deputy Head of the Division of Physical Sciences, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Supunnee Duangthong and scientific personnel from the Division of Physical Sciences, Faculty of Science.
The visit was organized to observe and exchange knowledge on laboratory safety management in accordance with the ESPReL standards. The study visit took place at Laboratory CH 318 and focused on sharing approaches to laboratory safety management and operational practices, as well as enhancing understanding of the implementation of ESPReL standards.
The visit also served as a valuable opportunity for faculty members and personnel to exchange experiences and best practices in laboratory safety, contributing to the continuous development of laboratory management systems and the promotion of a strong safety culture in scientific work.
