On September 28, 2018, Asst. Prof. Dr. Warakorn Limbut from TAB-CoE was interviewed in the production of the program “Kaset Kao Klai with ARDA” on Thairath TV channel 32HD, which is produced by Agricultural Research Development Agency (ARDA). In this interview (shot at Rattaphoom, Songkhla), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Proespichaya Kanatharana joined Asst. Prof. Dr. Warakorn Limbut to present their Zinc field test kit. This Zinc field test kit is an agricultural innovation that can be easily used, provides fast result and is environmental friendly. More importantly, the rice farmers can easily perform the Zinc test with this kit by themselves and that helps them solve the problem of Zinc deficiency right away. The kit was tested by a number of rice farmers and proved to be very successful in increasing the rice produce by two-fold. This innovation has also received many national and international awards.
